In the same way that a crisis breaks a fever, you need to go through some kind of dramatic episode in order that you are put in touch with your deeper emotions that hold the key to your destiny.

Venus is said to be the 'lower octave' of Neptune, as personal love is to higher or unconditional love, meaning that your Neptunian Lineage is particularly strong.

You literally or at least figuratively, consciously or unconsciously, have memories of being in heaven.

As a consequence of this you have memories and past life experiences of a type of relationship where you were so attuned to the other person that you melted into one; a kind of made-in-heaven relationship - or simply a relationship actually in heaven.

Karmic Springboard :

The manner in which the combining of these two Planets' energies has progressed and been expressed through your previous lives, and so far in this one, has now got to a new and powerful point of departure.

The karma of this union is dual in the sense that there are challenging and constructive Aspects to it - as the title and text testify - which are present because of both the negative and the positive being experienced during different periods.

Effectively these two Aspects should be seen to respectively serve and stimulate one another, one 'demand' the other 'supply', rather than the one being regarded as 'wrong' and the other as 'right'.

It is now up to you as to how it proceeds from here:

The Rot and Stopping It -

You have witnessed and experienced so much death and destruction in previous lives, and mostly in a cruel and horrific way, that the question now is 'What is this thing called life - and what in particular, in this thing that is my life, is the one who is living it?' In your soul's experience it would seem that life and the living were constantly under threat, and so survival and power were always the order of the day.

In other words, power - be it physical, material, martial, sexual or political - was needed and attained, fought for and connived over, in order to survive.

Consequently these power stakes are still playing themselves out in this life, with at least one person being a disempowering influence; probably a parent, teacher or someone close to you.

The shadow of annihilation haunts you, and so you too have to find some kind of power to bargain, coerce or manipulate in order to survive. Or if not, you have just remained crushed, denied your own true identity, possibly living in the shadow of another.

Past lives of being treated like an animal or worse, or of treating others likewise, have been all too evident. Here is a catalogue of resorting to underhand, criminal and treacherous means - or being a victim of same, and then exacting revenge.

But the ultimate purpose of all this is for you to arrive at some 'clean' use of power - which means coming to terms with all the negative and polluted versions of it, and most importantly seeking or granting forgiveness, or most likely both.

This may or may not be possible to completely achieve in this lifetime, not least of all because the rot cannot be fully stopped until it is total and global, otherwise it is rather like having a shower while standing in a cesspit.

But a start has to be made somewhere. Until then, obsessive fears or compulsions could dog your footsteps.

Clean Power -

Down through the halls of time you have developed a good relationship with people and places of power and influence.

It is even likely that you 'started off' that way (your very first life on Earth?) - rather like a plane coming into land finding a good runway.

And so you are still comfortable with those in 'high places', very possibly attract them and their support - or you actually are one.

You are 'on a roll' in many respects, but with the important rider that 'power corrupts'.

Finding yourself in any kind of 'corridor of power' can still tempt you away from being guided by equally high principles, with an unaccountable downfall ambushing you.

However, this negative outcome is really only likely if there are other karmic effects of a challenging or negative nature, as described in this report, and especially any such Aspects that again involve Pluto.

You have what could be called a 'live by the sword, die by the sword' type of karma - but in more ways than is usually understood by this expression.

A very long time ago in the early days of human existence on this planet, your Plutonian Lineage first marked you with a harsh and ruthless urge to survive, and to overcome whatever threatened that survival.

Such an urge would inevitably amount to a 'Desire for Power' in the face of whatever forces were assailing you and yours, and over anyone or anything that you could use or eat.

Obviously there would have been powers that you were ultimately helpless in the face of, like the elements and large predators, or simply being outnumbered or defeated by other human beings similarly driven by a need to survive in those brutal times.

And so this theme of a 'Desire for Power' has persisted down through millennia, marked at one extreme by actually possessing power as a result of repeatedly overcoming an opposing power, and at the other extreme by a feeling of powerlessness as result of being cruelly treated or annihilated.

Naturally enough you have probably, but not necessarily, experienced both extremes through your various and many incarnations, with where you stand now obviously being a critical issue in these 'Desire for Power' stakes.

Simply polarized, are you a victim or victimizer? But the point is, as just stated, that you have probably been both in the past, which bears witness to the old pattern that an abuser is invariably someone who was abused themselves - and the abused were hitherto abusers or just individuals who had given up any sort of power they had at all as a consequence of being vanquished once too often.

The fact to remember is that you do have this 'Desire for Power' still existing at some level of your being, consciously or otherwise.

The next question is: Are you using this power in any way, or have you disowned it?

If the answer is that you have disowned it - which may well mean that you are simply unaware of it - then you probably find that others have been using and even abusing you in this lifetime and in one or many previous lifetimes.

The 'sword' which you lived by previously and have now cast on the ground gets picked up by someone or something else and turned against you.

If on the other hand the answer is that you consciously possess that power, then this prompts another question: Are you, or were you, using it - selfishly, creatively or for the common good?

One way or the other, you still have to 'live or die by the sword', that is, be a true, creative or healing expression of that power within you, or suffer as a result of not being so.

As will be seen by the following, there have been many possible scenarios and dramas experienced as that power worked its way through you and your lifetimes.

Making amends for this, the deepest and darkest type of karma, by turning it around through realizing its enormous positive potential as a force for the good, should be a priority.
